How do I register my return?

Do you want to return your product? We are happy to help you. Simply register for returns via your account page. Need a little more help? You'll find a short step-by-step guide to returning your product below.


Step-by-step guide to registering your product for return


  1. Log in on your order status page with your email address and password. Do you not have a Gomibo account yet? Then you can log in with your order number and email address. You'll find your order number in your order confirmation email.
  2. In the menu, click on Return
  3. Under Step 1, check off the product you want to return. You can also select more than one product.
  4. First, let us know why you're returning the product under Reason for return. If you don't have a reason or would rather not tell us, you can also enter No reason. We won't make a fuss about that.
  5. Afterwards, click on the green button at the bottom of the page that says Continue registering.
  6. Follow every step and fill out all information that applies to you. The entire process will only take a couple of minutes!
  7. When your product has been registered successfully, we will give you a free shipping label. Package your product carefully using our packing advice and stick your shipping label on the box.
  8. And there you are! All you have to do is drop off the package. You can do this at the nearest UPS location.
    Please note: It is not necessary to choose additional shipping options such as registered or insured shipping. The parcel is already insured via our shipping label. We therefore do not reimburse the costs for additional shipping options.
